Both Kruse and James have been in outstanding form for the U20 team’s early season matches and have been training, along with other select U20’s, with the professional team.  Under-20 coach Dave Synnott has observed the players rapid rise and notes that, “not only did they come to Glendale with quality rugby talent, they have further developed core skills training with the professional players.” Also noted by Glendale Head Coach David Williams, “they have adapted well to the speed of professorial training as measured by our GPS monitoring systems and fit right in with the older players. This truly is a measure of the value of the Glendale Academy U20 program and demonstrates our player development program and a pathway upward for those players looking to play professionally.”
